Perfect for what we needed! Under furniture wasn’t cleaned, but it was stated that cows may not be perfect since we checked in early, which they accommodated perfectly! So helpful when needed. Overall a great stay!

This is a very cute place to stay in downtown Omaha. I had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay.

I didnt think about no elevator. They switched me to the ground level floor. Made my life much simpler getting in and out. Still a few steps, but doable. Place is being redone. But it was clean in the hallways, and no construction junk laying around. Typical city noises, can be heard. I hit a few restaurants in the area. I enjoyed my stay. Parking is off street and free. Would definitely stay again..

Excellent place for a getaway to Omaha. It was easily walkable to the Joslyn Art Museum, Old Market, a convenience store, and my favorite restaurant, Olive and Ira's. The little balcony was perfect for a relaxing evening. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the mini-kitchen had all the necessities. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Tiffany's place was easy to find, in close proximity to major roadways so coming in and going was easy. The area is close to the Old Market, perfect for anyone wanting to explore that area. The building itself was quiet, with limited noises from neighboring residents or buildings. The only traffic noise we noticed was sirens from emergency vehicles, but otherwise the stay was very peaceful. The building is undergoing some updating but was very clean and will be even better once the updates are done. The unit was very clean and comfortable- even during the blistering hot days the unit was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable with clean bedding, and the towels were super plush. I was even thrilled to see there was an in-unit washer and dryer which I would have taken full advantage of had we stayed longer than just overnight. Overall a great place to stay and would happily seek it out next time I am in Omaha.

This place is absolutely amazing! I fell in love with it. The views are stunning, and the entire space was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, by far the best I've ever slept in at a rental and the furniture is super nice- high end. The location is perfect, with tons of restaurants, downtown activities, parks, and walkways all within walking distance. I also felt very safe in both the building and the surrounding area. The host was perfect and always quick to respond. Overall, this was an great experience, and I highly recommend it.
